Printing Help

If labels are not printing, open Print Station on the Windows computer connected to the printer, then run the test print from Move Dashboard.

Billing Help

Billing is handled through a secure billing provider. Paid software plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions, and Move Vault is included while subscription access is active.

Software Refund Questions

Software refund requests can be reviewed within 7 days of purchase if the paid plan has not been materially used beyond the free trial limits.

Amazon Supply Returns

Label It Right does not directly sell or fulfill physical supplies. If you bought labels, printers, zip ties, bins, or other supplies through Amazon, use your Amazon order history and Amazon customer support for returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping issues, or damaged-item claims.

QR Label Help

Scanning a Label It Right QR code opens the matching item or container record for authorized users.
