Terms of Service
Label It Right provides software for move setup, label printing, QR code lookup, packing records, photos, notes, loading/unloading workflows, and post-move retrieval.
Free Trial
The free trial lets customers try Label It Right for 30 days or up to 10 real containers/items in the software workflow, whichever comes first. Physical containers and supplies are separate.
Paid Plans and Move Vault
Pack & Move and Pack & Move Plus are monthly or yearly software subscriptions processed through a secure billing provider. Move Vault is included while paid subscription access is active unless a different term is shown at checkout.
Software Refunds and Cancellations
Software purchases may be eligible for review within 7 days if the paid plan has not been materially used beyond the free trial limits. Material use includes going beyond the free trial container/item limit, adding paid-only collaborators or capabilities, using paid-only move features, or otherwise continuing beyond free trial scope. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals except where required by law.
Move Vault Access
If subscription access ends, records may enter a limited grace period for reactivation, export, support, compliance, and fraud-prevention purposes before deletion. Move Vault renewal or reactivation is shown before purchase.
Data Retention and Grace Period
If trial or paid access ends, Label It Right records enter a 90-day grace period. During the grace period, the customer may upgrade, renew, or reactivate access without starting over. After the 90-day grace period, inactive records may be deleted and may not be recoverable. Label It Right may send reminders before expiration or deletion, but customers are responsible for maintaining active access if they want records retained and available.
Physical Supplies
Label It Right does not sell, ship, or fulfill physical supplies directly. Labels, printers, zip ties, bins, fragile stickers, locks, and other supplies bought through Amazon links or an Amazon storefront are handled by Amazon and the Amazon seller. Shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-item claims for those physical supplies must be handled through Amazon.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for printer access, label stock, container placement, move records, and checking that printed labels scan correctly.
