Terms of Service

Label It Right provides software for move setup, label printing, QR code lookup, packing records, photos, notes, loading/unloading workflows, and post-move retrieval.

Free Trial

The free trial lets customers try Label It Right for 30 days or up to 10 real containers/items in the software workflow, whichever comes first. Physical containers and supplies are separate.

Paid Plans and Move Vault

Pack & Move and Pack & Move Plus are annual software subscriptions processed through a secure billing provider. Move Vault is included while paid subscription access is active unless a different term is shown at checkout. After a failed renewal payment, full access continues for a 7-day payment-recovery window. If payment is not restored, inventory locks, collaborators are denied, and only the account owner can use account and billing recovery.

Software Refunds and Cancellations

A first software purchase may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days while the account has no more than 10 total combined container/item records. The 10th record is allowed; 11 or more is outside the refund eligibility conditions. An eligible active-purchase refund ends paid entitlement and starts locked retention. A duplicate-charge or technical-correction refund does not end an otherwise valid paid entitlement. Refunds are not issued while a chargeback is open.

Move Vault Access

Move Vault is included while a paid subscription is active. If Free Trial access ends, records enter 30 days of locked retention. If paid access ends, records enter 90 days of locked retention. No automatic post-retention deletion or self-service export is implemented or promised.

Locked Retention Periods

If Free Trial access ends, Label It Right records enter a 30-day locked retention period. If paid access ends, records enter a separate 90-day locked retention period. During the applicable period, the account owner may upgrade or reactivate without starting over, but inventory and collaborator access remain locked. No automatic post-retention deletion is implemented or promised; any deletion requires separate safeguards and applicable notice.

Plan Changes

A Pack & Move Plus downgrade to Pack & Move is scheduled for renewal. Plus remains active through the paid term and no prorated refund is issued. At renewal, Plus-only access ends and collaborators are revoked, while the owner's records and history are preserved. The owner may upgrade again later.

Physical Supplies

Label It Right does not sell, ship, or fulfill physical supplies directly. Labels, printers, zip ties, bins, fragile stickers, locks, and other supplies bought through Amazon links or an Amazon storefront are handled by Amazon and the Amazon seller. Shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-item claims for those physical supplies must be handled through Amazon.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for printer access, label stock, container placement, move records, and checking that printed labels scan correctly.
